Place chicken breasts in a large 1 gallon zip top bag. Pour marinade over the chicken. Seal & marinate in fridge for 4-6 hours.

Preheat the grill & grease the grates lightly with oil. Cook chicken on one side for 5-6 minutes or until just browned.

Turn chicken over & cook for another 4-6 minutes. Cook until internal temperature reads at least 165 F. Let chicken rest off the grill for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Preheat the oven to 375F and line a sheet tray with foil or parchment paper. Grease lightly with more olive oil and lay out chicken breasts, spacing them out so they aren’t touching.  Bake for 40-45 minutes (or just until the internal temperature reads at least 165F in the thickest part).
