This easy nut free granola recipe uses just 6 simple ingredients! Bakes for just 40 minutes for the perfect crunchy topping for yogurt bowls, smoothies or desserts. Great for an easy breakfast, or snack.
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
Transfer oat mixture to a large baking sheet and use a spatula to spread out oat mixture into an even layer.
Bake for 40 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Then remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
As-written this recipe is gluten free, refined sugar free, and vegan. For a gluten free version: Be sure to use gluten free rolled oats. For a coconut free version: Use avocado oil, canola oil, vegetable oil, or olive oil in place of coconut oil. For crunchier granola, bake for longer checking every 5-10 minutes for doneness.
